Abstract

Assuming the canonical formalism is useful in describing collective motion, the physical meanings of the method for finding the canonical conjugate momenta of the collective variables described by S. Sunakawa et al., (Progr. Theoret. Phys., 27: 589,600(1962)) and of the method for judging the completeness of the collective variables of the system are described. (L.N.N.)
