Abstract

Microwave photoconductivity experiments on size-tunable field-effect confined antidots provide the dependance of the low-energy excitation (magnetoplasmons around antidots) as a function of the gate voltage. The influence of the electron density and the antidot size on the magnetoplasmon mode can be analyzed using the theory recently developed by Mikhaïlov and Volkov.
