Abstract

With the posing of individualized chemotherapy, chemosensitivity test has attracted more and more attention. As a new developing in-vitro chemosensitivity test system in the past ten years, collagen gel droplet embedded culture-drug sensitivity test can simulate the in-vivo microenvironment of cell growth and anti-tumor drug's effect. Moreover, its results have significant correlation with clinical response. It has already shown applicable value in clinical and preclinical study of lung cancer, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer and other cancers.
