Abstract
Purpose: Nurses in the perianesthesia setting have a professional responsibility to continue education and develop their personal knowledge base. Because of this, collaborative inservices were developed to promote professional growth and keep the nurses abreast of all the latest technology in their field. Coordination of speakers, topics, and location is performed by one “inservice liaison.”
