Abstract

With the increasing penetration rate of renewable energy in power grid, the realization of safe, economic, efficient and reliable renewable energy consumption is one of the most urgent problems to be solved. Collaborative planning strategy for active distribution network(ADN) of wind power-photovoltaic-energy storage systems(ESS) based on second-order cone relaxation(SOCR) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, considering the optimization objectives and constraints of each subject, the optimal planning models of wind power, photovoltaic, ESS and power grid are established respectively; Secondly, SOCR is used to relax the non-convex constraints such as AC power flow constraints to obtain the optimal convex planning model of ADN. Thirdly, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to characterize the interest interaction of wind power, photovoltaic, ESS and power grid, and then collaborative planning strategy of the system is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the collaborative planning strategy proposed in this paper is verified through example analysis.
