Abstract

This research is to present the form of learning method through internet network called "collaborative leaning", including the attitude of teachers and students toward "collaborative learning", the form of learning method through internet. The developed learning method through internet network consists of; 1) learning management system, 2) course management system, and 3) seminar management system. And the applied collaborative learning is as follows; 1) face-to-face interaction, 2) individual accountability, 3) positive interdependence, 4) cooperative social skills and 5) group processing. An outcome of the experiment is found that the attitude of teacher and student toward "collaborative learning" which is the forms of learning method through internet is in the range of excellent and good, respectively. It is, therefore, accepted that "collaborative learning" which is the form of learning method through internet is able to assist teacher and student to conduct both asynchronous and synchronous class through internet efficiently. Teacher and student can interact via video conference that allows the simultaneous attendance in which many students can learn from each other infinitely. Teacher is also able to self-create the lesson contents without having the skills of computer's program designing.
