Abstract

Earthquakes often cause road damage, so the earthquake relief needs cooperative road rehabilitation and post- earthquake emergency supply. In the thesis, the definition of connectivity degree on post-earthquake road network is pro- posed, and the rehabilitation order for road network is resolved according to its extended meaning. Then, the multistage dynamic problem is decomposed to multiple single phase problems. For each single one, the mathematical model, which balances between efficiency and fairness, is established, and a simulated annealing algorithm is adopted for solving the model, at last its feasibility is verified by a numerical example.
