Abstract
This research is motivated by the existence of subject teachers who only solve problems with the homeroom teacher. The existence of subject teachers only submits student problems; therefore, researchers are interested in making a Collaborative Model of Guidance and Counseling Teachers with Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation which can facilitate Guidance and Counseling Teachers in overcoming students' learning motivation problems. This study aims to describe: 1) Description of students' learning motivation, 2) Designing a collaborative model of Guidance and Counseling Teachers and Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. This research was conducted by development (R&D). The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIA 1 and MIA 5 totaling 60 people. The development procedure used in this study includes 5 steps, namely: 1) Potential and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design revision, so as to produce the final product design of the Guidance and Counseling Teacher collaboration model with Subject teachers in increasing students' learning motivation. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, and processed using the percentage technique. The results of this study describe in general 1) The learning motivation of students is in a fairly high category, 2) The design of the Collaborative Model for Guidance and Counseling Teachers with Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation which has been validated by theoretical experts is categorized as "Accepted" and feasible. developed. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended for Guidance and Counseling Teachers to use a collaborative model of Guidance and Counseling Teachers with Subject Teachers in increasing students' learning motivation that has been designed by researchers.
