Abstract
Stokes Ann Wilkinson, BA, RN, CPHQ, is the founding president of the North Carolina Alliance for Healthy Communities. She is a Quality Management Consultant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. She has been employed in the quality profession for 17 years with experience in the acute care, managed care and subacute care settings and is the former President of the North Carolina Association for Healthcare Quality.
