Abstract

BOSTON — Scheduling rooms, participating in orientation, planning commencement — those are just a few of the activities the Registrar's Office is likely to be involved in where accessibility for individuals with disabilities is key. Making events accessible requires collaboration across campus, said Jim Kessler, a staff member for the Association for Higher Education And Disability. Speaking at the organization's annual conference, he noted that the phrase “welcome everyone” starts with “we.”
