Abstract

The aromatization reaction of fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) gasoline and C4 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) has been studied by using three FCC gasolines and three C4 LPGs as raw material and LBO-A as a catalyst. The reaction mechanism, the relationship between aromatics production yield and aromatization processing function, and coke deactivation kinetics are explained in detail. The calculated values are almost close to the experimental values and can predict the catalyst coke yield very well for the different FCC gasolines and C4 LPG.
