Abstract
The association of intestinal duplication and intestinal atresia is very rare. A case of intestinal duplication associated with Type Ⅰ and Type Ⅱ intestinal atresias is reported, and the relevant literature pertaining to the causation of these lesions is discussed. To the best of our knowledge, this case seems to be the first report in Korean literatures.
