Abstract

A 10-year-old boy with Salmonella infection, recurrent intussusception, and an internal hernia is reported. Umbilical remnants (chorda urachi and chorda arteriae umbilicalis dextra) formed the peritoneal pouch in which the loops of bowel were trapped.
