Abstract

The paper substantiates a scientific hypothesis regarding the expediency of conducting research on the topic "Coherence of local economic development and post-war reconstruction of infrastructure", within which scientific-applied approaches and methodological tools should be developed to assess the impact of post-war socio-economic infrastructure reconstruction in territorial communities on local economic development. The conducted monitoring of scientific developments regarding the coherence of local economic development and post-war infrastructure reconstruction made it possible to form a plan of scientific research, which includes three logically related subtopics: theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the coherence of local economic development and regional infrastructure; assessment of the impact of post-war reconstruction of socio-economic infrastructure in territorial communities on local economic development; proposals for further post-war development of social and economic infrastructure in the eastern regions of Ukraine. Also to determine the structure, terms and tasks of scientific research. The effectiveness of local economic development undoubtedly depends on the active reconstruction of social infrastructure (private medical institutions, schools, public catering, culture, sports, cultural and household service enterprises, waste processing, etc.), and the preparation and implementation of proposals for the further development of infrastructure in the communities of the eastern regions of Ukraine will contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the population. The developed proposals can be used by the Ministry of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine, regional military administrations of the eastern regions of Ukraine, local self-government bodies, territorial communities, the State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine in the current activities of their functions.
