Abstract

目的 利用功能核磁共振成像技术,在中国汉族健康男性中探讨辨别两种不同语言(汉语和英语)的神经基础.方法采用1.5T核磁共振成像系统扫描13名健康志愿者,同时接受预先录制编辑的中英文声音刺激.SPM软件处理、统计分析数据,获得脑区激活图和局部血氧水平反应曲线.结果与英语声音相比,汉语声音引起显著激活的脑区为右颞中回和右颞上回.而与汉语相比,英语则明显激活了两侧额叶、Wernicke区、左侧楔前叶、楔叶和边缘系统.结论与汉语相比,对晚习得的英语的认知需要更广泛的神经网络参与。
