Abstract

Thalamic ischemic stroke may yield deficits in several cognitive domains, including memory, attention, language and executive function, which are often neglected. This article reviews the advances in cognitive impairment in patients with thalamic ischemic stroke in recent years. Key words: Stroke; Brain Ischemia; Thalamus; Cognition Disorders
