This installment features a pair of related Cochrane Reviews on surgical interventions for chronic rhinosinusitis, which identify only low-quality evidence that is insufficient for definitive conclusions. The related expert commentary, however, should help clinicians make the best treatment decisions based on the studies and outcomes identified in these Cochrane Reviews.
