Abstract
SUMMARYWe report a case of unusual syringocele with a stone and Cobb's collar. Tubular or cystic dilatation of Cowper's gland duct has been called a syringocele. Congenital urethral narrowing is known as Cobb's collar. This paper presents a rare case of adult syringocele with stone and Cobb's collar. We analysed the clinical, radiological and therapeutic aspects of this entity.
