Abstract

In this paper, a coaxial fed substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) H-plane horn antenna with phase correction using air-filled concave structure is proposed. This antenna provides high gain along with less variation over the bandwidth as compared to conventional SIW H-plane horn antenna. An impedance bandwidth of 4.7% for| S11| < -10 dB with a peak gain of 8.4 dBi at 25.8 GHz has been achieved.
