Abstract
AbstractWe show that the coarse cohomology, defined by J. ROE for complete metric spaces, coincides with the sheaf cohomology of the constant sheaf IR for a certain Grothendieck topology. Therefore many properties of coarse cohomology are easy consequences of general principles.
