Abstract
Taking the YunNan QuJing coal mine emergency as an example, the paper carries out the research on the dynamic evolution and spread detection methods. Firstly, we explore the network public opinions perception method from Sina Weibo which is the basis of the data analysis. Secondly, we analyze the dynamic evolution from two aspects: the attention rate and the attention contents. Thirdly, we extract the metadata and the transfer relations, then create the transfer relations matrix and the transfer social network based on the Gephi. Finally, we analyze the network public opinion properties from the network density, degree, and network path length and cluster coefficient to propose some suggestions on how to manage the network public opinion. Our work will be very beneficial for managers to grasp the development trend of events in real time and let them know the latest sensation. Furthermore, this work is conducive to managers to effectively guide the network public opinion and is more conducive to maintaining social stability.
