Abstract

The flocculating performance of a cationic polyelectrolyte, poly-N,N-dimethyl-2-hydroxypropylenammonium chloride, in recovery of butadiene-styrene rubber in the presence of sulfuric acid at various temperatures was studied. The kinetic curves of flocculation of SKS-30 ARK latex at various amounts of the flocculant added were obtained.
