Abstract

Friedreich Ataxia (FA) is a rare inherited autosomal recessive disease that causes progressive neurodegenerative changes and disability due to impaired muscle coordination. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to assess the published efficacy and safety of therapeutic interventions in FA.
