Abstract

Today there is a generalized opinion according to which there would be equality between menand women in the workforce and the political society to the extent that there is co-responsibility between both of them in domestic tasks. The difficulty in achieving this goal hasbeen due to a certain predominant individualistic culture, from which a model of co-responsibility is proposed that it does not take into account equality and difference betweenthe male person and the female person. The unequal treatment suffered by women in theseareas would be better resolved from a culture of loving complementarity between both sexes.
