Abstract
The new information and communication technologies are contributing to the renewal of the classical paradigms of knowledge transmission and construction. The purpose of this article is to present the Knowledge Building model, some technological tools associated with its implementation, like the Knowledge Forum, and some of its developments and educational applications.
