Abstract

The research was conducted to investigate the current awareness and assessment of teachers and managers about the goals, content, methods and communication measures in education in schools. Through a self-reported questionnaire, 585 teachers and managers of schools in Nghe An province were surveyed to find out the current level of awareness and assessment of communication in education in schools and their relationship with other factors such as gender, seniority, education level, living and working location. The article also discusses research results and proposes administrative implications to raise awareness for teachers and managers about current communication issues in education.
