Clustering and Visualizing of Membrane Proteins Sequence Similarity Network

Abstract

We proposed a fast and unsupervised network clustering method, Minimum span Clustering (MSC), for analyzing the sequence-structure-function relationship of protein sequence network, and demonstrated its validity in clustering the sequence/structure similarity networks (SSN) of membrane proteins.
