Abstract

With an increasing interest in cloud gaming, streaming services requires different techniques for preprocessing of data coming from users. Such techniques should overcome the problem of delays while transferring data through the network. In this work, we are focusing on sending the correct states of users’ devices (keyboard, mouse, and gamepad) to avoid sticking keys while playing games through our streaming software. We present a simple method that can solve the problem of sticky keys. The evaluation of the proposed approach shows that using this method we can increase the number of successfully registered keys in a server.
