Abstract
Jia, Z., 2019. Cloud-computing load-balancing mechanism dependent on marine environmental information. In: Li, L.; Wan, X., and Huang, X. (eds.), Recent Developments in Practices and Research on Coastal Regions: Transportation, Environment and Economy. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 98, pp. 137–140. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.To improve the performance of a cloud-computing load-balancing mechanism and to reduce the constraints of a single-discriminant parameter in the unit process, a method of a cloud-computing load-balancing mechanism relying on ocean environment information is proposed. First, fast load detection is performed through ocean environment information analysis. Second, parameter load coverage is introduced, and effective load screening is realized by using ocean environment information. The method has a higher load detection rate and a lower load error detection rate.
