Abstract

Cloud computing is a solution of information systems that are more commonly used in the functioning and management of enterprises. The use of solutions offered as part of cloud computing facilitates and accelerates the implementation of business processes in the enterprise and affects how the main assumptions of the sustainable development concept are implemented. While initially, the enterprise's primary goal in cloud computing was its positive impact in terms of technology and economic aspects, nowadays, cloud computing solutions are more often considered in the context of sustainable development. The ecologic and social benefits of using cloud computing are often indicated. The scale and assessment of these benefits may differ depending on the size of the enterprise. Thus, this article's primary purpose is to identify significant differences in the assessment of the benefits achieved in terms of sustainable development related to the use of cloud computing in different sized enterprise.
