Cloud Computing in Automation Testing

Abstract

In this paper, two of the interesting technologies, cloud computing and automation testing are discussed and how they can be merged to make a software application reach its best in quality and bug-free is also discussed. Automation testing of software is a booming testing method where there is no requirement of manual intervention in the testing of web application. The automation testing has various advantages like this way of testing is more quicker and more reliable than manual testing. Automation testing tool that has been taken for the research in this paper is Selenium web driver and the programming language that has been used is Python. Next, Cloud Computing is discussed. As per Microsoft, in order to provide quicker innovation, adaptable resources and scale economies, cloud computing, in its simplest form, should supply computing services via the Internet, encompassing servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence. In this paper, how fetching of data from cloud will be effective in testing especially automation testing has been discussed.
