Abstract

AbstractNowadays, many organizations try to improve existing performance, create new business, and acquiring new knowledge that leads them to better achieving. Knowledge Management System is one way to exceed the organization’s goal. So, the purpose of Knowledge Management can create, transfer, and apply the knowledge to gain a better achievement. Cloud Computing plays a vital role today due to cost reduction and engagement from anywhere at any time. Some universities and colleges try to implement the new application and features that make teaching and learning in the quality education area. Some researchers expand their studies to see efficient and adaptive if implementing Cloud Computing based on Knowledge Management in higher education institutions by seeing the benefits, challenges, and risks. A systematic literature review was achieved from 2015 to 2020 from different databases such as Google Scholar, IEEE Xplorer, Worldcat, and Elsevier, where 46 papers were found. After filtered and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, the eight articles remained. The systematic review mostly highlighted integrating the Cloud Computing with Knowledge Management in the higher education institutions by including the concepts of Knowledge Management and Cloud Computing. Besides, the benefit and risks when the integration successfully for Knowledge Management and Cloud Computing. Besides, it shows that the Knowledge Sharing is the most adopted in Knowledge Management Process, which plays an essential role in sharing the knowledge every day and is accessible to open it from any device.
