Abstract
SummaryA system of closed bladder antiseptic irrigation and drainage was used after major vaginal surgery on 108 patients. The infection rates were 20 per cent when using chlorhexidine 1 in 5000 and 22 per cent with a 1 per cent solution of noxythiolin.
