Abstract
SummaryA tissue culture method for rapid clonal multiplication of Dioscorea floribunda Mart and Gal. is described. Nodal segments were used as initial explants. Plantlets were obtained on Murashige and Skoog’s basal medium supplemented with 2 ppm kinetin with or without 0·2 ppm a-napthaleneacetic acid.
