Abstract

The treatment of poor responders is a challenge. Several protocols are used to improve the ovarian response of these patients, but there is no consensus regarding the best protocol. The use of clomiphene citrate (cc) protocols, low doses of gonadotropin in combination with the GnRH antagonist (GnRHa) analog, can be used to reduce unnecessary effects of high dose of gonadotropin, because the problem seems to be in ovarian reserve. The aim of this study was to evaluate if there are differences between various data analyzed of poor responders when used a protocol with cc and low doses of gonadotropins associated with GnRHa vrs.
