Abstract

CLIPPERS syndrome is a chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids. The article provides a detailed review of the literature resources. The modern views on etiology, pathogenesis of CLIPPERS syndrome, the clinical signs, the general characteristics of the picture on MRI have been considered in this article. We report a clinical case of a 36-year-old patient with CLIPPERS syndrome.
