While part 1 provided a comprehensive overview of the basic science of fat grafting, including adipose stem cell biology, fat preparation, and graft take, these 12 additional chapters focus on the diverse clinical applications of the technique. Importantly, the volume focuses not only on aesthetic liposculpture (although breast augmentation and facial rejuvenation are covered here) but also includes chapters on such disparate topics as breast reconstruction, problematic wounds, scleroderma, velopharyngeal incompetence, and Dupuytren's disease. The volume concludes, as we might expect, with chapters on how to manage the complications of fat grafting and future perspectives.
