Abstract

Gain-of-function (GOF) mutations in signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) have been linked to a diverse phenotype consisting of early-onset autoimmunity, lymphoproliferation, and immunodeficiency. Here we present a single-family cohort with STAT3 GOF mutations to illustrate the variability in clinical presentation of this disorder.
