Abstract
The article presents an analysis of modern methods of the measurement, including classical and original methods and devices developed by the authors. The results of examination and treatment were analyzed in 397 patients with acute obturation intestinal obstruction and acute destructive pancreatitis, who had the abdominal compartment syndrome from I to IV degree. The authors showed that on-time decompressive laparotomy allowed the decrease of lethality from 25% to 15-17,8%.

КЛИНИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ ВНУТРИБРЮШНОГО ДАВЛЕНИЯ И ЕГО МОНИТОРИНГА В НЕОТЛОЖНОЙ ХИРУРГИИ. До настоящего времени только в единичных медицинских организациях проводят измерение внутрибрюшного давления (ВБД) и оценивают этот важный показатель функций организма или патологических процессов. В клинической практике наиболее часто используются непрямые методы измерения ВБД, основанные на измерении давления в просвете соседних полых органов (мочевого пузыря, желудка, матки, прямой кишки, системы нижней полой вены). К примеру, мочевой пузырь ввиду свой эластичности является идеальной мембраной или диафрагмой, тонко воспринимающей незначительные колебания натяжения стенок живота в виде показателей внутрипузырного и внутрибрюшного давления. Измерение же ВБД в просвете других органов (прямая кишка, матка, желудок) подвержено большим погрешностям из-за влияния на уровень давления больших показателей собственного тонуса стенок.
