Abstract
目的 探讨高频彩超对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值.方法对186例诊断为小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的门诊及住院患儿进行高频彩超检查,并进行回顾性分析.结果肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿脐周及右下腹可探及椭圆形肿大淋巴结回声,长径最大2.5cm,长径与宽径之比大于2,彩色多普勒(CDFI)显示丰富血流信号.结论高频彩超是诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法,对临床诊断治疗及病例追踪具有重要的应用价值。
