Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value differences of scan and enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system. Methods The imaging data of scan and enhanced scan of MSCTU of 83 patients with congenital malformation of urinary system were retrospectively analyzed in the period from May 2011 to February 2016 and the accuracy of scan and enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system were compared. Results The accuracy of enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of kidney were significant higher than scan of MSCTU (P<0.05). The accuracy of enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of collection system and ureter were significant higher than scan of MSCTU (P<0.05). Conclusions Compared with scan of MSCTU, enhanced scan of MSCTU in the diagnosis of congenital malformation of urinary system has the higher accuracy and can be used as clinical preferred imaging examination method.
