Abstract

Cervical conization is the standard surgical procedure on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅱ-Ⅲ. Many studies proved that positive resection margin after cervical conization is correlated with high risk of recurrence of cervical dysplasia and residual of lesions. However, there is no consensus among experts on treatment with positive resection margins after cervical conization so far. This paper evaluates current managements on patients with positive surgical margin after cervical conization in order to find out effective treatments on this condition.
