Abstract
Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on vocal nodules and vocal polyps. Methods: 102 patients with vocal cord tumors, including 53 patients with vocal cord polyps and 49 patients with vocal cord nodules, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups had a course of treatment of 65d. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and 52.1% in the control group (P <; 0.05). The therapeutic effect of vocal nodules was 92% in the treatment group and 66.6% in the control group (P <; 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of vocal cord tumors with traditional Chinese medicine composition is safe and effective in treating vocal cord nodules and vocal cord polyps, providing a good idea and method for the prevention and treatment of vocal cord tumors with traditional Chinese medicine.
