Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the skin surface suture device used in the prevention for Ⅲ surgical incision infection.Methods 100 cases with Ⅲ surgical incision in our hospital from August 2010 to April 2012 were chosen and divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group used the skin surface suture device,while the control group used common silk suture.Results The observation group incision infection rate was 8％,which was lower than that of the control group(12％),and there was statistical significant difference between them(P＜ 0.05)Conclusion Using the skin surface suture device in the prevention for Ⅲ surgical incision infection has been proved to be beneficial.
