Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of apatinib combined with brucea javanica injection in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods 30 patients with advanced malignant tumors who met the diagnostic criteria were selected. The control group was treated with apatinib alone, and the treatment group was treated with brucea javanica injection on the basis of the control group. The efficacy was evaluated by CHOI standard. KPS score was used to evaluate the quality of life. Results The disease control rate of the treatment group was 70.59%, higher than that of the control group (38.46%); the PFS of the treatment group (6.25 months) was longer than that of the control group (5.46 months) (P<0.05). Conclusion Brucea javanica injection combined with apatinib in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors can prolong the survival time of patients, improve the quality of life.
