Abstract
目的 探讨内镜下反复硬化剂治疗预防食管静脉曲张(esophageal varices,EV)再出血的疗效.方法将102例患者随机分为两组:治疗组52例,完成硬化剂治疗3-5次;对照组50例,仅行1次硬化剂治疗.结果治疗组多次硬化剂治疗后EV消失率71.3%,明显高于对照组25.7%(P＜0.05);再出血率治疗组16.5%,明显低于对照组54.6%(P＜0.05).结论反复硬化剂治疗可有效预防EV再出血、提高患者的生活质量。
