Abstract
Objective To study the significance of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD).Methods 72 patients with AECOPD were determined with hs-CRP and D-dime before and after treatment.48 healthy persons were set to normal control group, and the results were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The serum hs-CRP and D-dime levels in AECOPD were higher than those in the stable COPD group, there were statistically significant differences ( P< 0.05 ); compared with control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P< 0.05 ),the differences of AECOPD group were obviously particularly significant ( P<O.O1 ).Conclu8ions hs-CRP and D-dime are sensitive indexes to infection and curative effect judgment, dynamic monitoring for the assessment has some clinical significance. Key words: High-sensitivity C-reactive protein; D-dime; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)
