Abstract
目的 观察DPC4蛋白表达与胰腺癌患者预后的关系。 方法 对山西省人民医院2007年1月至2012年12月81例胰腺癌术后患者，采用免疫组织化学方法检测DPC4蛋白表达情况，并采用Kaplan-Meier法进行生存分析。 结果 81例胰腺患者中DPC4蛋白阳性表达率为53%（43/81）。DPC4阳性组胰腺癌患者术后中位生存期长于DPC4阴性组（40个月比33个月，P=0.029），DPC4阳性组患者生存风险比是DPC4阴性组的1.826倍（HR=1.826，95% CI 1.063~3.134）。 结论 DPC4蛋白阳性表达的胰腺癌患者术后预后好于DPC4阴性者。
