Abstract

Objective To explore clinical risk factors and complications prevention of placental abruption.Methods This study selected normal puerpera (control group) and puerpera with placental abruption (observation group) from June 2008 to June 2013 in department of gynaecology and obstetrics of our hospital.Analyzed the effect of different factors on placental abruption,and observed postpartum complications of puerpera with placental abruption.Results Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in maternal age,gestational age,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,smoking history,drug abuse during pregnancy,miscarriage or placental abruption history,thrombophilia,premature rupture of membranes and mechanical damage between two groups (P < 0.05); while there were no statistically significant differences in diabetes,drinking history and parity (P > 0.05).Maternal age,gestational age,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,smoking history,drug abuse during pregnancy,miscarriage or placental abruption history,thrombophilia,premature rupture of membranes and mechanical damage were introduced Logistic regression analysis,which showed that 9 independent variables were correlated with placental abruption,and risk of disease increased accompanied by increase of OR values.Conclusion Placental abruption is caused by multiple factors.We should strengthen publicity of prenatal care knowledge,targeted prevention diagnosis and treatment.
