Abstract

Psychosomatic disorders(PSD) during pregnant and prenatal refers to somatization disorders caused by maternal psychological disorders. Such somatization disorders can induce pregnancy related diseases, which may in turn have a great impact on the delivery mode, labor process, postpartum complications and neonatal health. Currently there is no effective management strategies for preventing and treating pregnant and prenatal PSD. For primary prevention, it is essential to carry out psychosomatic health management among pregnant and postpartum women, and extensively apply examination on pregnant and prenatal PSD in hospital. It would be effective for treating pregnant and prenatal PSD by multidisciplinary cooperation diagnosis and treatment system and take clinical intervention at early stage.
